Privacy Policy

• Discord account: your Discord user ID, username and avatar, from Discord sign-in.
• Partner-server membership: for the partner servers we list (Zyper, Nimbus, Flamingos, Iron Allies) only, whether you are a member, which of our listed qualifying roles you hold, and when you joined. We do not request or store your other servers, messages or contacts.
• Wallets: addresses you link or create, and the mints, transfers and tasks you schedule.
• Security data: sign-in IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, and passkey public keys (never private keys).
• Approvals: the wallet signatures and passkey assertions you give to approve actions.

• To sign you in and keep your account secure, including alerts for new sign-ins.
• To run the mints and transfers you ask for.
• To apply partner rewards, such as membership days for holding a qualifying role. Losing the role stops future renewals; it does not remove days already granted.
• To prevent abuse, such as rate limits and fraud checks.

We do not sell or license your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, post or send messages on Discord for you, or add you to a server without your click.

Only with service providers that run the service (hosting, database, blockchain RPC and marketplace APIs) under confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it. On-chain transactions are public by nature.

Sign-in records: 90 days after last use. Partner-role records: while your account exists. Account and wallet records: until you delete your account, plus up to 30 days in backups.

You can decline the partner-server permission at sign-in; you still sign in, without partner rewards. Revoking the app in Discord (User Settings → Authorized Apps) stops further reads.

To access, correct, export or delete your data, open a ticket in #open-a-ticket in the Nimbus Discord. We reply within 30 days.

Keys and secrets are encrypted at rest, private keys never leave secure storage, and sensitive actions require your wallet signature or passkey.

Zyper Cloud is not for anyone under 18.

We post changes here and update the effective date; material changes are announced in the app. Questions go to #open-a-ticket in the Nimbus Discord.
